Photoshoot?

Today was the first day where L did not get some yummy milk from J. Instead, she took the bottle of formula quite well. She ate, the she burped (loud!) then played for a little while. She would coo and caw for about 30 minutes with me, the ~30-60 minutes with the Grandparents then she should sleep for a good hour or so. This is her normal routine and like a few days ago where she didn't sleep, she would just go crazy in the afternoon. After all was said and done, I had to go to school and J was sleeping (she's sick) and L went out to Metro with the Grandparents. This may not have been the best idea but it was to help J which was good.

Why was this not the best idea? Well, at 5PM, L had a photoshoot to celebrate her 100 days of life. In Korean culture, 100 days is a BIG day and normally people get the picture taken then. For L, today was the day (since her 100 days is Sunday!) but once we got to the Photo studio, L was having none of the dressing up and smiling like she always does. So instead of taking pictures, J and I spent most of the time calming L down and trying to not get her to cry. We got some pictures in but eventually we had to shut it down and reschedule because L wasn't smiling but rather had this blank look on her face. We will be going next week (Tuesday) to get the pictures done so hopefully she'll be okay then. Wish us luck!!

L is sleeping now after a nice bath and lots and LOTS of milk. She drank ~10 ounces (300mLs) and just conked out. Ha ha, she will definitely sleep through the night! Thank god! OH! Yesterday, she slept through the night which was good for us. =) Nights and only two days left until 100 days!
